Tesla said it is recalling 362,758 vehicles equipped with full-self-driving beta software.
-The models included in this recall are Model S, Model X, Model 3, and Model Y, which are or are expected to be equipped with fully autonomous driving beta software.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said the decision was made because a flaw in Tesla’s fully self-driving software puts the vehicle at high risk of crashes at intersections, such as illegally or unpredictably exceeding speed limits or ignoring yellow lights.
– Tesla said that it did not agree with the above opinion while complying with the decision of the US Highway Traffic Safety Administration. They also claim that a free Over the Air (OTA) software update will fix the issue.
